Today's guitar lesson is a sweet and simple tune by The New Basement Tapes called "When I Get My Hands On You". There's something nice about a short and simple song like this one. No extra frills distract at all from the message. Bob Dylan's lyrics here sung by Marcus Mumford are sparse and have plenty of room to breathe. The same thing goes with the instrumentation too. For this lesson I strung together the guitar chords and violin melody so you can play both at the same time. In the video I'll show you all the chords and that little lick. And you can see in the chord chart below where the words fit around the chord progression. If you have any questions, put them in the comments! Enjoy!
