In Vance Joy's "Mess Is Mine", a powerful, rocking, indie folk tune, we get a different taste of finger-picking and how it can be applied to combined time-signatures. The song switches from 3/4 to 4/4 back and forth through the main guitar riffs in a way that gives it a "stop and go" lilt.
